Boneless Fried Fish Biryani

Ingredients:

  • Fish fillet boneless 1/2 kg
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • BBQ masala 1tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste

For Biryani:

  • Rice 1/2 kg
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Plum 1 cup
  • Onions 2
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Black cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Whole mix spices as required
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 3 tbsp
  • Yellow color as required
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Green chilies 5
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. For fish: Cut fish into square pieces.
  2. Put all ingredients in bowl and mix it nicely.
  3. Heat oil in pan and shallow fry fish cubes.
  4. Then take out in tissue paper so that oil absorbs.
  5. For rice: Clean rice and soak for 2 hours.
  6. Then put water, black cumin and salt in pot, mix it and boil it.
  7. Now add rice, cook it and strain water.
  8. For korma: Heat oil in pan and add whole mix spices.
  9. When it crackles, put onion and fry until brown.
  10. Now add ginger garlic paste and roast it.
  11. Then add yogurt, green chilies, potatoes, red chili, all spice powder and white cumin and roast it nicely.
  12. Now add plum and tomatoes, mix it nicely and cook for 5-6 minutes.
  13. Korma is ready.
  14. For making layer: Put korma oil in pot and put half rice.
  15. Now put coriander leaves, green chilies and mint leaves.
  16. Then put remaining korma.
  17. Then put remaining rice and put coriander leaves, green chilies and mint leaves.
  18. Put water and yellow color, mix it nicely and put on sides of rice.
  19. Now keep fried fish on rice and simmer it on low flame.
  20. Then take it out in serving dish and serve.

Boneless Fried Fish Biryani is delicious biryani. Fish is mixed with spices and shallow fried. Rice is cooked with spices and Korma is prepared with yogurt & vegetables. Then mixed together and served with raita.
