Doodh Walay Naan Recipe

Ingredients:
- Maida 1/2 kg
- Yeast 1 tsp
- Baking soda 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Ghee 1/2 cup
- Caster sugar 3 tbsp
- Milk as required
Method:
- Put all ingredients except milk in bowl, knead with milk nicely and leave for 1-2 hours.
- Now make naan and bake on 200 degrees C.
- Doodh walay naan is ready.
Doodh Walay Naan is amazing naan. It is prepared with common ingredients of naan. It is kneaded with milk and baked. Serve with chicken malai handi.
