Mixed Vegetable Handi Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Potato cubes 4
  • Carrots 2
  • Peeled carrots 1 bowl
  • French beans 8
  • Green chilies 8
  • Finely chopped green onion 2
  • Oil as required
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Garlic cloves 6

Method:

  1. Heat oil in wok, deep fry potato cubes and take it out.
  2. Then put garlic and fry until golden brown.
  3. Now put peas, carrots, green onion, green chilies, red chili, turmeric, salt, french beans and white cumin and roast it.
  4. Then add butter and fried potatoes and simmer it for 5 minutes.
  5. Delicious mixed vegetable handi is ready.

Mixed Vegetable Handi is delicious dish. French beans and butter also added in this recipe. Serve with raita and hot naan.
