Haryali Dal Recipe

Ingredients:
- Chana daal 250 gm
- Finely chopped spinach 1-1/2 cup
- Grinded green chili 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Fenugreek leaves 2 bunches
- Finely chopped soy 1/2 bunch
- Butter 2 tbsp
For Bhagar:
- Ghee 3 tbsp
- Cumin 1/2 tsp
- Crushed garlic 1 tsp
- Whole red chilies 4-6
- Curry leaves few
Method:
- Boil chana daal with 4 cups water and turmeric in pan.
- Now put remaining ingredients, cover it and cook it.
- Then add bhagar and serve with boiled rice.
