Ingredients:

  • Chana daal 250 gm
  • Finely chopped spinach 1-1/2 cup
  • Grinded green chili 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Fenugreek leaves 2 bunches
  • Finely chopped soy 1/2 bunch
  • Butter 2 tbsp

For Bhagar:

  • Ghee 3 tbsp
  • Cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed garlic 1 tsp
  • Whole red chilies 4-6
  • Curry leaves few

Method:

  1. Boil chana daal with 4 cups water and turmeric in pan.
  2. Now put remaining ingredients, cover it and cook it.
  3. Then add bhagar and serve with boiled rice.

Haryali Dal is delicious & healthy dish. It is prepared with chana daal & green vegetables. Serve with rice. You must try this recipe.
