Achari Bhindi Recipe

Ingredients:
- Okra 1/2 kg
- Chopped tomato 1
- Onion seeds 1/2 tsp
- Fennel seeds 1/2 tsp
- White cumin 1/2 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
- Mustard 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Curry leaves few
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Crushed red chili 1/2 tsp
- Tamarind pulp 2 tbsp
- Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
- Ginger paste 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves, Green chilies as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil, put onion seeds, fennel seeds, white cumin, fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds and curry leaves and fry it little.
- Now put crushed red chili, ginger paste, garlic paste and turmeric.
- Then add okra and roast it slightly.
- Then put salt and cover it.
- Add tamarind pulp after 5 minutes and stir it.
- Now cover it.
- Put chopped tomato after 1 minute.
- Them take out in plate and put coriander leaves and green chilies.
Achari Bhindi is delicious & spicy dish. Then flavors of achari is amazing. Tamarind pulp is also added. Serve with hot naan.
