Ingredients:

  • Ridged gourd 1/2 kg
  • Onion 1
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Tomato 1
  • Eggs 2
  • Coriander leaves as required
  • Oil as required

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry onion until brown.
  2. Now put crushed red chili.
  3. Then add turmeric.
  4. Then put salt and ridged gourd, stir it, cover it and leave on low flame.
  5. Now heat oil in frying pan, put eggs, onion, green chili and tomato and make omelette.
  6. When ridged gourd is ready, cut omelette into small pieces and decorate on ridged gourd.
  7. Then put coriander leaves and serve.

Bihari Turai is delicious vegetables dish. It is prepared with ridged gourd. Then decorated with omelette and served.
