Ingredients:
- Ridged gourd 1/2 kg
- Onion 1
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Crushed red chili 1 tsp
- Tomato 1
- Eggs 2
- Coriander leaves as required
- Oil as required
Method:
- Heat oil and fry onion until brown.
- Now put crushed red chili.
- Then add turmeric.
- Then put salt and ridged gourd, stir it, cover it and leave on low flame.
- Now heat oil in frying pan, put eggs, onion, green chili and tomato and make omelette.
- When ridged gourd is ready, cut omelette into small pieces and decorate on ridged gourd.
- Then put coriander leaves and serve.
Bihari Turai is delicious vegetables dish. It is prepared with ridged gourd. Then decorated with omelette and served.
