Baked Lemon Doughnuts Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Maida 2 cups
  • Caster sugar 1/2 cup
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Yogurt 3/4 cup
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Milk 1/4 cup
  • Lemon zest 1 tsp

For Icing:

  • Icing sugar 1 cup
  • Lemon juice 1-2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Sieve maida, baking powder and baking soda.
  2. Now mix butter, caster sugar, egg, yogurt, oil and lemon zest.
  3. Then make dough.
  4. Use milk if required.
  5. Grease doughnut tray, keep small balls of dough and bake on 180 degrees C for 20 minutes.
  6. Now take it out, spread icing and serve.
  7. For icing: Mix all ingredients and spread on doughnuts.

Baked Lemon Doughnuts is amazing doughnuts. It is prepared with maida, egg, yogurt and lemon zest. Then baked and topped with lemon juice icing. Make it at home and surprise your family.
