Dahi Vegetable Chops Recipe

Ingredients:
- Chops 1/2 kg
- Potatoes 2
- Tomatoes 3
- Peas 1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Yogurt 3/4 cup
- Mix whole spices 1 tbsp
Method:
- Fry whole spices in hot oil.
- When brown, add chops, spices, 1-1/2 cup water and yogurt and cook until chops tender.
- Now put tomatoes, potatoes and peas and cook more.
- Then put coriander leaves and green chilies and serve.
Dahi Vegetable Chops is tasty dish. It is prepared with mixed vegetables, yogurt and chops. You can use mutton chops or lamb chops. Serve with rice.
