Chicken Wali Daal Recipe

Ingredients:
- Chicken (16 pieces) 1 kg
- Boiled chana daal 250 gm
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Butter 3 tbsp
- Cinnamon 1
- Cloves 4
- Chopped onion 1/4 cup
- Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
- Finely chopped ginger 1 tbsp
- Tomatoes 3
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Chopped green chilies, coriander leaves as required
Method:
- Heat oil and butter and fry cloves, cinnamon, onion and garlic.
- Now put chicken and fry more for 5 minutes.
- Then put chopped tomatoes and dry spices and fry so that oil comes up.
- Now put 1 cup water and cook it.
- Now put boiled chana daal, lemon juice, coriander leaves and green chilies, cover it, cook it and serve.
Chicken Wali Daal is tasty dish. Chicken is fried in oil and butter. Then cooked with boiled chana daal and served with rice or naan.
