Palak Keema Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Chopped spinach 2 cups
  • Onion slice 1
  • Fenugreek leaves 3 bunches
  • Crushed soy 1/2 bunch
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Green chilies for garnish
  • Coriander leaves for garnish

Method:

  1. Fry onion in hot oil until golden.
  2. Now put ginger garlic, mince, dry spices and 1 cup water, cover it and cook until mince half tender.
  3. Then add spinach, fenugreek leaves and soy and cook more.
  4. Then put milk, yogurt, coriander leaves and green chilies, fry it and take it out.

Palak Keema is tasty dish. Combination of spinach and mince is delicious. Soy, milk, yogurt and fenugreek leaves are also added. Serve with rice or naan.
