Dahi Wala Murgh Shorba

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Tomatoes 4
  • Roasted cumin 1 tbsp
  • Roasted whole coriander 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Kashmiri chili 6
  • Roasted cardamom 4
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Roasted whole black pepper 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 1 bunch
  • Green chilies 4
  • Fried onion 1/2 cup
  • Oil as required
  • Water 4 glass

Method:

  1. Heat water in pan, put Kashmiri chili, cumin, black pepper, whole coriander and cardamom and cook it.
  2. When all ingredients are soft , cool it.
  3. Now put tomatoes, yogurt, fried onion and boiled masala in grinder and grind it.
  4. Heat oil in other pan, put salt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric and masala and roast it nicely.
  5. Now put chicken and roast it.
  6. When it is roasted and cook water and chicken on low flame.
  7. Chicken tender, close stove.
  8. Then sprinkle coriander leaves and green chilies and serve.

Dahi Wala Murgh Shorba is tasty dish. Masala is cooked and grinded with tomatoes & yogurt. Then cooked with chicken, sprinkled with green chilies & coriander leaves and served.
