Greek Chicken Kebab With Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients:
For Kebab:
- Chicken breasts cubes 1/2 kg
- Olive oil 1/4 cup
- Lemon juice 3 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Garlic cloves 3
- Dried oregano 2 tsp
- Dried basil 1/2 tsp
- Dried thyme 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder to taste
- Capsicum dice 2
- Zucchini sliced 3
- Onion diced 1
For Tzatziki:
- Cucumber 1
- Salt 1 tsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Garlic clove 1
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Dill 1 tbsp
- Extra virgin olive oil 1 tbsp
- Chopped parsley 1 tbsp
- Black pepper to taste
Method:
- For kebab: Mix olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, oregano, basil, thyme, coriander in bowl and season with 3/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
- Now marinate chicken with above mixture and leave for 2 hours.
- Now soak skewers in water for 30 minutes.
- Drizzle and toss vegetables with 2 tbsp olive oil and season slightly with salt.
- Preheat grill on medium-high flame.
- Skew capsicum, onion, zucchini and 2 chicken pieces in skewer and repeat twice.
- Brush grill lightly with olive oil, put skewers on grill and rotate grill once hallway through cooking, until chicken is done.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm with Tzatziki sauce.
- For Tzatziki: Put diced cucumber, colander and salt in bowl for 30 minutes.
- Now clean with paper towel and blend in blender.
- Now take out in bowl and put remaining ingredients.
- Now store in box and keep in fridge.
Greek Chicken Kebab With Tzatziki Sauce is delicious & tasty dish. It is Greece cuisine. Chicken is marinated with lemon juice mixture for 2 hours. Then skewed in skewers with vegetables and grilled on pan. Tzatziki Sauce is prepared with cucumber, yogurt & lemon juice and served with chicken.
