Moroccan Kafta Kabab Recipe

Ingredients:
- Mince 1/2 kg
- Chopped onion 2
- Egg 1
- Crushed coriander 1-1/2 tsp
- Roasted & crushed cumin 1-1/2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Paprika 1-1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
- Bread slices 2
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Sriracha sauce 1 tbsp
Method:
- Chop all ingredients in chopper.
- Now make in shape of kafta kabab, shallow fry in hot oil and serve.
Moroccan Kafta Kabab is tasty kabab. Mince is chopped with sauce and spices in blender. Then made kabab is shape of kafta, shallow fried and served with sauce. Make it in Ramadan.
