Toffee Muffins Recipe

Ingredients:
- Eggs 2
- Caster sugar 3 oz
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Toffee essence few drops
- Salt 1 pinch
- Maida 11 oz
- Milk 1 cup
- Butterscotch toffee as required
- Butter 4 oz
Method:
- Mix melted butter, eggs, caster sugar and milk in bowl.
- Now sieve maida, baking powder and salt.
- Then add in butter mixture.
- Also put toffee essence and mix it.
- Then line muffin tray and put mixture.
- Now put crushed toffee, put more mixture and bake on 180 degrees C for 20 minutes.
Toffee Muffins is yummy & amazing muffins. It is prepared with maida, milk, toffee essence and butterscotch toffee. Make it and surprise your children.
