Bake Well Strawberry Cupcakes

Ingredients:

  • Butter 4 oz
  • Caster sugar 4 oz
  • Eggs 2
  • Self raising flour 3-1/2 oz
  • Chopped almonds 3 tbsp
  • Almond essence 1/2 tsp

For Decoration:

  • Strawberry jam 6 tbsp
  • Icing sugar 7 oz
  • Lemon juice 2-3 tbsp
  • Strawberries 12

Method:

  1. Beat butter and sugar.
  2. Now put eggs one by one and add 1 tsp self raising flour after each egg.
  3. Now put remaining self raising flour, almonds and almond essence, line cupcake tray, put batter and bake on 180 degrees C for 20 minutes.
  4. Then put 1 tbsp jam on top of cake.
  5. For decoration: Put icing sugar in bowl, mix lemon juice and put on top of cupcake.
  6. Then decorated with strawberries and serve.

Bake Well Strawberry Cupcakes is yummy & new cupcakes. It is prepared with self raising flour, almonds & almond essence and baked. Then decorated with strawberry jam & strawberries and served.
