Chicken Brochette Recipe

Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
- Capsicum cubes 1
- Tomato cubes 1
- Onion cubes 1
- Salt 1 tsp
- White pepper 1/2 tsp
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
- Chili sauce 2 tbsp
For Brochette Sauce:
- Onion slice 1
- Capsicum slice 1
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Suree pepper brown sauce 1/2 cup
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Black pepper 1/4 tsp
- Sriracha sauce 2 tbsp
- Fresh cream 2 tbsp
Method:
- For sauce: Heat oil and fry onion for 2 minutes.
- Now fry capsicum for 1 minute.
- Now take out half vegetables for garnish and keep it aside.
- Now put brown sauce, spices and cream in remaining vegetables and take it out.
- Now put sauce on brochette.
- For brochette: Marinate chicken with all ingredients for 30 minutes.
- Now skew on skewers and fry in 2 tbsp oil.
- Then take it out and put on sauce.
Chicken Brochette is French dish. It is delicious dish. Chicken is marinated and skew with vegetables on skewers. Then served with sauce.
