Chicken Brochette Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Capsicum cubes 1
  • Tomato cubes 1
  • Onion cubes 1
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp

For Brochette Sauce:

  • Onion slice 1
  • Capsicum slice 1
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Suree pepper brown sauce 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Sriracha sauce 2 tbsp
  • Fresh cream 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. For sauce: Heat oil and fry onion for 2 minutes.
  2. Now fry capsicum for 1 minute.
  3. Now take out half vegetables for garnish and keep it aside.
  4. Now put brown sauce, spices and cream in remaining vegetables and take it out.
  5. Now put sauce on brochette.
  6. For brochette: Marinate chicken with all ingredients for 30 minutes.
  7. Now skew on skewers and fry in 2 tbsp oil.
  8. Then take it out and put on sauce.

Chicken Brochette is French dish. It is delicious dish. Chicken is marinated and skew with vegetables on skewers. Then served with sauce.
