Ingredients:
- Boiled potato small cubes 1
- Boiled & chopped cauliflower 1
- Boiled peas 1/2 cup
- Boiled & chopped carrot 2
- Chopped tomatoes 3
- White pepper 1 tsp
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Pav bhaji masala 1 tbsp
- Butter 2-3 tbsp
- Crushed coriander leaves, green chilies as required
- Chopped onion 3 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1/4 tsp
Method:
- Put cumin, boiled vegetables and chopped tomatoes in hot oil and crush vegetables with spoon.
- Now add all spices and cook it.
- Heat butter in other pan, add 1/4 tsp red chili powder and put on bhaji.
- Then put green chilies, coriander leaves and chopped onion and serve.
