Butterfly Prawns Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Prawns 500 gm
  • Beef 50 gm
  • Egg yolks 3
  • Corn flour 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1/2 tsp
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Salt to taste

For Sauce:

  • Chili garlic sauce 1/2 cup
  • Orange juice 1/2 cup
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. For prawns: Wash prawns and clean it.
  2. Now cut from center so that join together.
  3. Then cut beef into thinly slices, fill in center of prawns and close prawns.
  4. Then add egg yolks and corn flour in bowl and mix it nicely.
  5. Now add salt and black pepper and make batter.
  6. Heat oil in pan, dip prawns in batter and dry.
  7. Remember it, don't cook prawns for long.
  8. Now take it out in dish and keep it aside.
  9. For sauce: Heat oil in pan, put garlic paste, chili garlic sauce, orange juice, black pepper, red chili powder and salt and cook it nicely.
  10. Then dissolve corn flour in water and add in sauce gradually gradually.
  11. When sauce is thick, put lemon juice and mix it nicely.
  12. Then put on prawns and serve.

Butterfly Prawns is amazing dish. Beef slices in filled in prawns. Then dipped in egg yolks batter and fried. Topped with sauce and served.
