Fried Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients:
- Vanilla ice cream scoops as required
- Crushed corn flakes 2 cups
- Corn flour 1/2 cup
- Egg 1
- Chocolate sauce for serving
Method:
- Roll ice cream balls in corn flakes and keep in refrigerator for 12 hours.
- Now make batter of eggs and corn flour, dip ice cream in it, then roll in corn flakes, freeze for 8-10 hours and deep fry it.
- Then drizzle chocolate sauce and serve.
Fried Ice Cream is amazing ice cream. Vanilla ice cream is coated with corn flakes and freezed. Then dipped in egg mixture & coated again with corn flakes and freezed again. Deep fried and served.
