Guava Crumble Recipe

Ingredients:
- Maida 6 oz
- Butter 3 oz
- Caster sugar 2 oz
- Guava 750 gm
- Sugar 6 tbsp
- Maida 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Peel guava and cut it.
- Now put sugar, 2 tbsp maida, lemon juice and vanilla essence and mix it.
- Now put in pyrex dish and keep it aside.
- For crumble: Beat butter and sugar, mix maida and make crumbs.
- Now put in pyrex dish and bake on 180 degrees C for 25 minutes.
- Then make layer of custard or vanilla ice cream and serve.
Guava Crumble is amazing dish. Base is prepared with guava & lemon juice mixture. Top with maida crumble and baked. Serve with ice cream or custard.
