Guava Crumble Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Maida 6 oz
  • Butter 3 oz
  • Caster sugar 2 oz
  • Guava 750 gm
  • Sugar 6 tbsp
  • Maida 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Peel guava and cut it.
  2. Now put sugar, 2 tbsp maida, lemon juice and vanilla essence and mix it.
  3. Now put in pyrex dish and keep it aside.
  4. For crumble: Beat butter and sugar, mix maida and make crumbs.
  5. Now put in pyrex dish and bake on 180 degrees C for 25 minutes.
  6. Then make layer of custard or vanilla ice cream and serve.

Guava Crumble is amazing dish. Base is prepared with guava & lemon juice mixture. Top with maida crumble and baked. Serve with ice cream or custard.
