White Karahi Recipe

Ingredients:
- Chicken karahi pieces 1/2 kg
- Chopped tomatoes 6
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Cream 1 cup
- Green chilies paste 6 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
- Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- All spice powder 1 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil, put ginger garlic paste and fry it.
- When aroma comes, put chicken, chopped tomatoes and salt and cover it on low flame.
- When chicken tender, put yogurt, cream, green chilies paste, coriander leaves, black pepper and cumin and cover for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle all spice powder and close stove.
- White karahi is ready.
