Chinese Hakka Noodles Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Eggs 2
  • Noodles 1/2 packet
  • Spring onion 3
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 8 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Carrot 1 slice
  • Cabbage 1 slice
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Boil water in pot and add salt, oil and noodles.
  2. Now heat oil in pan and beat eggs.
  3. Then cook on high flame, add garlic, cabbage and capsicum and saute it.
  4. Now add salt, red chili flakes, soya sauce, vinegar and black pepper, add boiled noodles and mix it nicely.
  5. Then take out dish, garnish with green onion and serve.

Chinese Hakka Noodles is Chinese cuisine. It is tasty noodles. It is prepared with noodles, eggs and vegetables.
