Chinese Hakka Noodles Recipe

Ingredients:
- Eggs 2
- Noodles 1/2 packet
- Spring onion 3
- Salt to taste
- Oil 8 tbsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Garlic 1 tsp
- Carrot 1 slice
- Cabbage 1 slice
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Method:
- Boil water in pot and add salt, oil and noodles.
- Now heat oil in pan and beat eggs.
- Then cook on high flame, add garlic, cabbage and capsicum and saute it.
- Now add salt, red chili flakes, soya sauce, vinegar and black pepper, add boiled noodles and mix it nicely.
- Then take out dish, garnish with green onion and serve.
