Ingredients:
- Milk 2 kg
- Almonds 4 tbsp
- Rabri 1/2 kg
- Small cardamom 4
- Boiled rice 1 cup
- Sugar 3/4 cup
- Kewra essence few drops
- Silver paper for garnish
Method:
- Boil milk, add cardamom until 1 cup of milk is reduce.
- Now put rice and simmer it for 20 minutes.
- Now add almonds and sugar and cook more.
- Now mix rabri and 1/2 cup milk.
- Then add kewra essence, take out in dish, garnish with silver paper and serve.
Lacheydar Kheer is delicious sweet dish. Milk is boiled and rice & almonds are added. Then rabri is added, garnished with silver paper and serve.
