Afghani Rice Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
- Rice 1 cup
- Green peas 1/2 cup
- Chickpeas 1/2 cup
- Red beans 1/2 cup
- Garlic 3-4 cloves
- Olive oil 2-3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Parsley for garnish
For Making Stock:
- Chicken 1/2 kg
- Chopped onions 2
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Crushed red chili 1 tsp
- Olive oil 2-3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- For stock: Heat oil in pot, put chicken, onion and garlic paste and roast it nicely.
- Now add black pepper, crushed red chili and salt, cook for 5 minutes.
- Now add 2 jug water and cook on low flame for 1 hour.
- Stock is ready.
- Then heat oil in pan and fry garlic.
- Then put peas, chickpeas, red beans and rice and roast it.
- Now put in soup and cook for 5-10 minutes.
- Now take out in serving dish, garnish with parsley and serve.
