Crispy Palak Raita Recipe

Ingredients:
- Whipped yogurt 500 gm
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Finely chopped spinach 1/2 cup
Method:
- Wash palak and dry it.
- Now deep fry it until crisp.
- Add all ingredients in serving bowl, mix fried spinach and serve.
Crispy Palak Raita is amazing raita. Spinach is fried till crisp and mixed with yogurt and spices. You must try this raita.
