Chicken Lasagna Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Lasagna sheets 1 packet
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp

For Chicken Sauce:

  • Boneless chicken 300 gm
  • Garlic 6-7 cloves
  • Tomatoes 4-5
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Tomato puree 1 cup
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Oil 3-4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For White Sauce:

  • Flour 2-3 tbsp
  • Chicken stock 500 gm
  • Milk 500 gm
  • Butter 1 cup

For Topping:

  • Mozzarella cheese 200 gm
  • Cheddar cheese 200 gm
  • Coriander leaves for garnish

Method:

  1. For white sauce: Add butter and flour and roast it.
  2. Now add stock and roast for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Then add milk and stir it.
  4. When thick, remove it. White sauce is ready.
  5. For chicken sauce: Heat oil in pan and fry garlic.
  6. Now add chicken and roast it.
  7. Now add chicken and roast it.
  8. Then add all spices and tomato puree and roast it.
  9. When chicken sauce is ready, remove it.
  10. For lasagna: Heat water in pot.
  11. Now add oil, add 2-3 lasagna sheets and boil for 10 minutes.
  12. Then take it out and put in cold water.
  13. When temperature is normal, strain it, put oil and boil remaining lasagna sheets like this.
  14. For topping: Put little white sauce in oven tray.
  15. Now keep lasagna sheets.
  16. Then put chicken sauce and white sauce.
  17. Now put half cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese, keep lasagna sheets and repeat this steps again.
  18. Then garnish with coriander leaves and bake on 200 degrees C for 10-15 minutes.
  19. Then take out in dish, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.

Chicken Lasagna is delicious & common food. It is prepared with lasagna strips, chicken sauce & white sauce. Topped with cheese & garnished leaves and baked.
