Kashmiri Pulao Recipe

Ingredients:
- Chicken 1/2 kg
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Rice 1/2 kg
- Ashrafiyaan 1 cup
- Whole mix spice 1 tsp
- Pine nuts 2 tbsp
- Raisins 2 tbsp
- Cashew nut 2 tbsp
- Pineapple 1/2 cup
- Orange juice 1/2 cup
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Ghee 4 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil in pan, put chicken and roast it nicely.
- When golden brown, put black pepper, salt, whole mix spice, ginger garlic paste and water and roast it.
- Now put rice.
- When rice simmered, put pineapple, cashew nut, orange juice, raisins, ashrafiyaan, pine nuts and coriander leaves and simmer it.
- Delicious Kashmiri pulao is ready.
Kashmiri Pulao is delicious & tasty rice dish. It is prepared with chicken, rice, dry fruits, pineapple and nuts. Serve with raita.
