Ingredients:
- Boiled eggs 3-4
- Kabuli chickpeas 1/2 kg
- Stock 1 jug
- Onion 2
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Chopped tomatoes 2-3
- All spice powder 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 2 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 5-6
- Whole cumin 1 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Soda 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- Oil 2 cups
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash chickpeas and soak in water with soda overnight.
- Then wash chickpeas nicely in morning.
- Put stock and chickpeas in pot and soft boil.
- When chickpeas are soft, remove from stove.
- Then add oil in pan and fry onion until brown.
- Now put ginger garlic paste and roast it.
- Then add spices and roast for 2-3 minutes.
- Masala dries, put tomatoes and mix it nicely.
- Masala cooks, mix boiled chickpeas, cook until chickpeas tender and masala are mixed nicely.
- Now add eggs and dish out it.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
Anda Chana Salan is delicious dish. It is common dish in Pakistan. It is prepared with boiled eggs & chickpeas. Serve in tomato gravy and served with hot naan. It is commonly eaten in break fast.
