Gulab Jamun Recipe

Ingredients:

For Gulab Jamun:

  • Powdered milk 2 cup
  • Maida 2 tbsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Ghee 2-3 tbsp
  • Pistachios for garnish

For Sugar Syrup:

  • Sugar 1/2 kg
  • Kewra essence few drops

Method:

  1. For sugar syrup: Put sugar and water in pan and cook until thick.
  2. Now add kewra essence, mix it and remove it.
  3. Syrup is ready.
  4. For gulab jamun: Put milk powder, maida, baking powder, ghee and beaten eggs in bowl and knead it.
  5. Now make balls.
  6. Then heat oil in pan on medium flame, put balls and fry it.
  7. Now take it out and put in syrup immediately.
  8. Then put gulab jamun in serving dish, garnish with pistachios and serve.

Gulab Jamun is common sweet dish. It has various methods to prepared. Use your own method to make.
