Anday Ki Mithai Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Eggs 12
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom 4
  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
  • Almonds, Pistachios as required

Method:

  1. Put eggs, cardamom, vanilla essence, sugar, ghee, almonds and pistachios in blender and blend it.
  2. Now put in wok and roast it.
  3. When golden brown, take out from tray and cut into squares.
  4. Then sprinkle almonds and pistachios and serve.

Anday Ki Mithai is delicious sweet dish. It is prepared with eggs. Then blended with ghee and cooked in wok. Sprinkled almonds & pistachios and served in squares.
