Murgh Sabzi Katakat Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Cauliflower 250 gm
  • Potatoes 250 gm
  • Peas 250 gm
  • Green and red capsicum 250 gm
  • Green chilies 10
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Tomatoes 1/2 kg
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Whole coriander 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Boil potatoes, cauliflower, peas and chicken.
  2. When it tender, roast it.
  3. Now heat oil on tawa, put tomatoes, green chilies, crushed red chili, turmeric, salt, whole coriander and cumin.
  4. Then put boiled chicken and vegetables and do katakat on tawa.
  5. When it it roasted nicely, put capsicum.
  6. Then put all spice powder, coriander leaves and lemon juice and close stove.
  7. It is ready.

Murgh Sabzi Katakat is tasty dish. It is prepared with boiled chicken and vegetables. Then katakat on tawa, topped with lemon juice and coriander leaves. Serve with hot naan.
