Murgh Sabzi Katakat Recipe

Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
- Cauliflower 250 gm
- Potatoes 250 gm
- Peas 250 gm
- Green and red capsicum 250 gm
- Green chilies 10
- Crushed red chili 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- Tomatoes 1/2 kg
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Whole coriander 1 tsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Method:
- Boil potatoes, cauliflower, peas and chicken.
- When it tender, roast it.
- Now heat oil on tawa, put tomatoes, green chilies, crushed red chili, turmeric, salt, whole coriander and cumin.
- Then put boiled chicken and vegetables and do katakat on tawa.
- When it it roasted nicely, put capsicum.
- Then put all spice powder, coriander leaves and lemon juice and close stove.
- It is ready.
Murgh Sabzi Katakat is tasty dish. It is prepared with boiled chicken and vegetables. Then katakat on tawa, topped with lemon juice and coriander leaves. Serve with hot naan.
