Bhindi Gosht Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Okra (deep fried) 250 gm
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Chopped onion 2
  • Whole red chilies 8
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Whole black pepper 6
  • Green cardamom 2
  • Curry leaves 2
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Chopped tomatoes 2
  • Green chilies 4
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Boil mutton.
  2. Heat oil and fry onion.
  3. Also put whole red chilies, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, boiled mutton, turmeric, salt, cumin, black pepper, cardamom and curry leaves and fry it.
  4. Then add crushed red chili, coriander powder, yogurt and green chilies and fry until oil comes up.
  5. Then put okra, simmer it and serve with hot naan.

Bhindi Gosht is tasty dish. It is prepared with boiled mutton, fried okra, yogurt and green chilies. Serve with raita and naan.
