Moroccan Roast Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:
- Chicken 1/2 kg
- Onion 1
- Garlic 4-5 cloves
- Paprika powder 1 tbsp
- White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Whole cumin 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Lemons 3-4
- Parsley or Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- Butter 4-5 tbsp
- Oil 1-2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Cut lemon into pieces.
- Put onion, butter, garlic, paprika powder, white pepper powder, black pepper, cumin, lemon juice, salt and parsley or coriander leaves in blender, blend it and make paste.
- Put chicken and lemons in bowl and marinate with paste nicely.
- Now keep marinated chicken and lemon pieces in oven proof dish.
- Put marination on top and bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C for 20 minutes.
- Then take it out and set in platter.
- Then garnish with salad leaves and lemon and serve.
Moroccan Roast Chicken is delicious dish. Chicken and lemons is marinated with white pepper & black pepper paste and baked in oven. Garnished with lemon and serve with naan & raita.
