Aloo Soya Ki Bhujia Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Soy 250 gm
  • Tomatoes 1/2 kg
  • Onion seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Whole round chilies 10
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil, fry soy and take it out.
  2. Now put whole round chilies, onion seeds, red chili, turmeric, cumin, salt, potatoes and tomatoes and cover it on low flame.
  3. When potatoes tender, put soy and green chilies and close stove.

Aloo Soya Ki Bhujia is delicious vegetable dish. The combination of soy and potatoes is amazing. You can add some more vegetables.
