Kaleji Tamatar Masala Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Beef liver1 kg
  • Tomatoes 250 gm
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Mustard 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Chopped ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Kasoori methi 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Put lemon juice on liver
  2. Now heat oil and add ginger garlic.
  3. When aroma comes, put tomatoes, crushed red chili, salt, white cumin, mustard, kasoori methi and all spice powder and roast it.
  4. Now put liver, roast on high flame, put yogurt and simmer it on low flame.
  5. Then put coriander leaves and green chilies and serve.

Kaleji Tamatar Masala is tasty dish. Beef liver is used to prepare this dish. You can also use mutton liver. Serve with raita.
