No Bake Lemon Cheesecake

Ingredients:

For Crust:

  • Plain biscuits 1 cup
  • Butter 4-5 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp

For Cheese Filling:

  • Cream cheese 1 cup
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Lemon juice 1 lemon
  • Lemon zest 1
  • Sugar 1/4 cup

For Lemon Curd:

  • Eggs 3
  • Sugar 3/4 cup
  • Lemon juice 1/3 cup
  • Butter 4 tbsp
  • Lemon zest 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Crush biscuits.
  2. Now melt butter and put sugar and biscuits.
  3. Then grease tray and spread biscuits mixture.
  4. For cheese filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar with beater.
  5. Now put cream and lemon juice and mix it nicely.
  6. Now spread on biscuits mixture and keep in fridge for half night.
  7. For lemon curd: Heat oil in pan.
  8. Now put egg, sugar and butter in bowl.
  9. Now keep this bowl on hot water pan.
  10. Now stir it so that no lumps form and close stove.
  11. Now cut butter and mix in it.
  12. Then put lemon zest and mix it nicely.
  13. Now put in jar and keep for one week.
  14. When cream cheese filling sets, put lemon curd.
  15. Now spread lemon curd with spatula and refrigerate for 6-7 minutes.

No Bake Lemon Cheesecake is delightful dessert. Base is prepared with butter and biscuits. Then covered with cream cheese filling and lemon curd.
