Double Fried French Fries

Ingredients:

  • Boiled potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Corn flour as required
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Peel potatoes and cut into long slices.
  2. Now heat oil in pan and boil potatoes for 5-6 minutes.
  3. Then take it out, strain it, dry it and coat with corn flour.
  4. Then heat oil, strain potato slices and fry until golden.
  5. Now take it out in tissue paper and dry it.
  6. Then sprinkle black pepper and salt and serve.

Double Fried French Fries is tasty fries. Potatoes are boiled and coated with corn flour. Then fried and serve with sauce.
