Fried Afghani Boti Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Undercut beef 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • Papaya paste 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Green chilies paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Onions 2
  • Shashlik sticks as required
  • Ghee or Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Marinate beef with ginger garlic, papaya paste, salt, black pepper and green chilies paste and cut into small pieces.
  2. Now skew one piece, tomato and onion on skashlik sticks.
  3. The prepared remaining skashlik stick and fry in hot ghee or oil.
  4. Fried Afghani boti is ready.

Fried Afghani Boti is delicious dish. Undercut beef is marinated with paste and skew on skashlik stick with onion & tomato. Then fried in oil or ghee and serve with sauce.
