Dahi Phulki Recipe

Ingredients:
- Yellow split lentil flour 1 cup
- Soda 1-1/2 tsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Caster sugar 1/2 cup
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Water 2 cups
- Salt 1 tbsp
Method:
- Beat flour until fluffy.
- Now mix soda, make small balls and deep fry for 5 minutes.
- Noe fry more.
- Then cool it and put in salted water for 1 hour.
- Now take it out, squeeze with hands and put in yogurt mixture.
- Then take out in dish, sprinkle chaat masala and serve.
Dahi Phulki is similar to dahi bharay. Phulki is prepared with yellow split lentil flour and deep fried. Then mix with yogurt mixture and serve chill. Make it in Ramadan.
