Mango Rice Recipe

Ingredients:
- Rice 2 cups
- Mango cubes 2
- Chicken cubes 2
- Chopped onion 1
- Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
- Garlic cloves 4-5
- Chopped tomatoes 2
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Curry powder 1 tbsp
- Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Brown sugar 1 tsp
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves for garnish
Method:
- Add water and salt in pot.
- When water boils, add rice and boil it.
- Now take out rice, strain it, dry water and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in pan and fry onion.
- Then put ginger and garlic and roast it.
- Now put tomatoes, chicken cubes, black pepper, red chilies, curry powder, brown sugar and lemon juice and cook it.
- When thick, remove it.
- Now put rice in pot, add mixture, put mango cubes and mix with lightly hands.
- Then put drops of water and simmer it for 10 minutes.
- Then take out in dish, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
Mango Rice is tasty & new rice dish. Rice is boiled. Then tomatoes & spices are cooked, mixed with rice & mango cubes and served.
