Chicken Tikka Crispy Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Chicken tikka chunks 1/2 cup
  • Potatoes (boiled & mashed) 2 cups
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilies 2
  • Egg 1
  • Sweet corn 1/2 cup
  • Chopped capsicum 1
  • Cheddar cheese 2 tbsp
  • Baking powder 1/4 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Bread slices 8-10
  • Sesame seeds 2 tbsp
  • Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients except bread slices, sesame seeds and oil.
  2. Now cut each bread slices into 4 pieces and keep mixture on it.
  3. Then sprinkle sesame seeds, press it slightly and deep fry until golden.
  4. Then serve with ketchup.

Chicken Tikka Crispy is tasty dish. It is prepared with chicken, potato, corn & cheese and mixed. Then put on bread slices, sprinkled sesame seeds and deep fried. Make it in Ramadan.
