Ingredients:

  • Rice 4 tbsp
  • Milk 1 liter
  • Sugar 3/4 cup
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Rose essence 1/4 tsp
  • Pink color few drops
  • Ground cardamom 1/2 tsp
  • Rose petals for garnish

Method:

  1. Soak rice for 2 hours and grind it.
  2. Boil milk.
  3. Then put rice and cook on low flame.
  4. Then put sugar in milk and cook until thick.
  5. Now put cardamom, rose essence and pink color and take it out.
  6. Then cool it and mix cream.
  7. Then take out mixture in bowl, garnish with rose petals and serve.

Rose Firni is delicious sweet dish. It is prepared with milk, rice and sugar. Garnished with rose petals and serve.
