Szechwan Aloo Paratha Recipe

Ingredients:
- Potatoes (boiled & mashed) 1/2 kg
- Chopped onion 1
- Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Szechwan sauce 1 tbsp
- Crushed red chili 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
For Parathay:
- Flour 2 cups
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Crushed red chili 1/2 tsp
- Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Water to knead
Method:
- For parathay: Mix all ingredients, make dough and keep it aside.
- Now put 2 tbsp oil in pan, put all ingredients of filling and mix it.
- Then put lemon juice and coriander leaves and cool mixture.
- Now make parathay of dough, fill filling, fry it and serve hot.
