Szechwan Aloo Paratha Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes (boiled & mashed) 1/2 kg
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Szechwan sauce 1 tbsp
  • Crushed red chili 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp

For Parathay:

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Water to knead

Method:

  1. For parathay: Mix all ingredients, make dough and keep it aside.
  2. Now put 2 tbsp oil in pan, put all ingredients of filling and mix it.
  3. Then put lemon juice and coriander leaves and cool mixture.
  4. Now make parathay of dough, fill filling, fry it and serve hot.

Szechwan Aloo Paratha is tasty paratha. It is similar to aloo ka paratha. Make this paratha at home.
