Baked Chicken Roll Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless 300 gm
  • Parathay as required
  • Egg 1
  • Carrot finely chopped 1
  • Capsicum finely chopped 1
  • Spring onion finely chopped 2
  • Cabbage finely chopped 1 cup
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Papaya 1 tsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Chopped red chili 2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 2 tsp
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Coal 1 piece
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with yogurt, papaya, red chili, salt, cumin and ginger garlic paste and roast in 1 tbsp oil.
  2. Chicken tender, put carrot, capsicum, green onion and cabbage and fry on high flame for 1 minutes.
  3. Now close stove, add black pepper and give smoke of coal.
  4. Then fill mixture in parathay, spread egg and close it.
  5. Then bake on 180 degrees C for 20 minutes.
  6. It is ready.

Baked Chicken Roll is tasty roll. Chicken is marinated and roasted. Then fried with vegetables and given smoke of coal. The filled in paratha and baked. Make it in Ramadan.
