Ingredients:

  • Yogurt 500 gm
  • Plain biscuits 6-8
  • Condensed milk 1 tin
  • Jelly 1 packet
  • Cream 200 gm

Method:

  1. Blend yogurt and biscuits.
  2. Add condensed milk and blend again.
  3. Now add jelly and blend again.
  4. Add cream and blend again.
  5. Put souffle in bowl and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
  6. Serve chilled.

Souffle is delicious dessert. It is prepared with yogurt, condensed milk and cream. Blended and serve chilled.
