Beef Achari Kofta Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Beef mince 500 gm
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Bread slices 3
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Green chilies 3
  • Chopped mint leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Chopped coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Cumin seeds powder 4 tbsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Red chili powder 4 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Roasted gram flour 1 tbsp

For Filling:

  • Mushroom & Sweet corn 1 cup

For Gravy:

  • Oil 1 cup
  • Fried onion 1 cup
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Crushed cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. For koftay: Put all ingredients in chopper and mix it nicely.
  2. Then wet hands, take mixture, keep mushroom & corn in center and make koftay.
  3. For gravy: Heat oil in pan.
  4. Now put ginger garlic paste and fry until golden.
  5. Then put all spices and yogurt in blender and blend it.
  6. Then mix mixture and roast it.
  7. Then add water, put koftay and cook for 10-15 minutes on low flame.
  8. Add more water if needed and simmer it for 10 minutes.
  9. Then put achari masala, take out in dish after 5 minutes, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.

Beef Achari Kofta is delicious dish. Koftay is prepared with mince and stuffed with mushroom & corn. Then cooked with yogurt gravy and serve with rice.
