Cheesy Tikka Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:
- Chicken legs 6-8
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp
- Red chilies crushed 2 tsp
- Chili sauce 1 tsp
- Vinegar 4 tsp
- Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
- Brown sugar 2 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Yellow food color 1 pinch
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Chinese salt 1 pinch
- Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
For Pasta:
- Pasta 1/2 packet
- Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Crushed red chilies 1/2 tsp
- Sauce 2 tbsp
- Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 pinch
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Crushed garlic 1 tsp
- All spice 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 2
- Capsicum 2
- Chopped mint leaves 1/2 bunch
- Oregano 1 pinch
- Boiled eggs 3
Method:
- Mark cut on chicken and marinate with all spices for 1 hour.
- Now keep on oven tray, spread mozzarella cheese and bake on 180 degrees C for 30-35 minutes.
- Then turn chicken after 15 minutes and spread cheese.
- Then give smoke of coal.
- For pasta: Heat oil in pan and fry garlic until golden.
- Then add all ingredients except boiled eggs and cook for 5 minutes.
- Now take out chicken in dish.
- Then put pasta, garnish with boiled eggs and serve.
Cheesy Tikka Pasta is delicious dish. Chicken is marinated with spices, sauces & cheese and baked. Then pasta is cooked with spices & vegetables. Then put on chicken, garnished with boiled eggs and serve.
