Uzbek Pulao Recipe

Ingredients:
- Rice soaked 2 cups
- Beef chunks 500 gm
- Carrot chopped 2-3
- Onion chopped 1
- Salt 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
- Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
- Beef stock 3 cups
- Oil 1/4 cup
Method:
- Heat oil in pan and fry onion.
- Then put beef and fry it.
- Also put salt, cumin and black pepper powder and cook until meat tender.
- Now put carrots and beef stock and cook until it boils.
- Then put rice, dry water and simmer it.
- It is ready.
Uzbek Pulao is tasty rice dish. Beef chunks is fried & cooked. Then simmered with rice & carrots and served. Must try this rice dish.
