Uzbek Pulao Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Rice soaked 2 cups
  • Beef chunks 500 gm
  • Carrot chopped 2-3
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  • Beef stock 3 cups
  • Oil 1/4 cup

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan and fry onion.
  2. Then put beef and fry it.
  3. Also put salt, cumin and black pepper powder and cook until meat tender.
  4. Now put carrots and beef stock and cook until it boils.
  5. Then put rice, dry water and simmer it.
  6. It is ready.

Uzbek Pulao is tasty rice dish. Beef chunks is fried & cooked. Then simmered with rice & carrots and served. Must try this rice dish.
