Cheesy Keema Recipe

Ingredients:
- Mince 750 gm
- Onions 2
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Tomatoes 4
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Crushed coriander 1 tbsp
- Crushed cumin 1-1/2 tsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Green chilies 1 tsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Cheddar cheese 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Method:
- Fry onion in hot oil, put mince and ginger garlic paste for 5 minutes.
- Now put tomatoes, salt, green chilies, crushed red chilies and red chili powder and fry it.
- Then cover it and cook for 15 minutes.
- Then put coriander, cumin and lemon juice and simmer it.
- Put cheddar cheese and coriander leaves on top and serve.
Cheesy Keema is delicious dish. It is prepared with mince and tomatoes. Then fried and cooked. Then topped with coriander leaves & cheese and serve with naan or paratha.
