Handi Saag Gosht Recipe

Ingredients:
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Yogurt 4 tbsp
- Ghee 1/2 cup
- Spinach 1/2 kg
- Fenugreek leaves 2 bunches
- Green chilies 6-8
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
Method:
- Fry spinach, fenugreek leaves and green chilies slightly and chop in chopper.
- Now heat ghee, put ginger garlic paste and fry mutton.
- Then put salt, red chili powder, turmeric and yogurt, add 1 cup water, cover it and tender mutton.
- Now put spinach mixture and milk and simmer it.
- Now take out in dish and serve.
Handi Saag Gosht is delicious dish. Spinach, fenugreek leaves & green chilies is fried and chopped. Then cooked with mutton and milk. You must try this recipe.
